Indie Cage Match Each week three of New York City&#8217;s top indie improv teams duke it out to see who can do the best fully improvised show. The winning team returns the following week to defend their crown.  Hosted by Amey Goerlich and Ryan Karels. What sets this competitive improv show apart is that the winner is determined by both audience vote and three improv judges with improve expertise. To win here you must impress the hoi polloi and the connoisseurs. RULES OF INDIE CAGE MATCH  Each team gets 15 minutes to perform followed by fun and whimsical comments from the panel. This is an opportunity for indie teams (in contrast to theatre house teams). We define &#8220;indie team&#8221; as a team containing no more than 50% house team members. All team members must have taken at least Level 2 at UCB (or equivalent) Your starting cast list must remain the same.
